The Role:
-
Effectively managing Tundra headquarters.? This can include but is not limited to:?
-
Maintain kitchen and office supplies, and ensure the office, including the kitchen, boardroom, meeting rooms, and the front reception area, are cleaned and maintained in an orderly fashion?

Receive and distribute all incoming mail and courier deliveries, and prepare all outgoing mail and courier packages?
-
Order team meeting lunches and maintain petty cash??

Work with regional leaders to manage inventory, access cards and keys, and maintenance of the regional offices.?

Support new office design and setup when required.?

Book travel for all Associates and manage the travel portal?

Support Associate experience platforms and administration tasks such as:?

Assist Senior Associates with expense reports, and reconcile credit card expenses (SAP Concur platform)?

Conduct research and summarize data to communicate the relevant findings. Compile, design and review materials for PowerPoint presentations as needed.?

Maintain and compile data for record keeping and reporting utilizing reports, charts, graphs and spreadsheets.?

Take on assistant duties as needed for the Executive Leadership team, such as booking travel, managing expenses and calendar management. ?

Manage internal communications and SharePoint site for associate engagement.?

Answer incoming external inquiries over phone and email.?

Project Manage and coordinate all Associate Events local and National?

Project manage events such as: Tundra Cares, philanthropic endeavors, DE&I initiatives, corporate events, and our Mid-Year and Year-End all associates meetings.??

Coordinate associate wellness strategies as required.?
Who You Are
-
2-3 years’ experience in an office manager, project manager or executive assistant position??

You have exceptional organizational and time management skills and are highly detail-oriented?

You are tech savvy and have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.??

You are a “thinker” who is curious, driven, passionate, and you question the norm to find the best solutions for Tundra.??

You are an independent worker who takes initiative and acts like an owner.??

You are self-motivated, results driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge.??

You have the ability to learn and adopt to new business processes and best-practices rapidly?

You posses a post secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 – $55,000.
