Position Overview:
The selected candidate will take on a pivotal leadership role, spearheading the growth and management of Tundra’s emerging division, Tundra Managed Solutions. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, this leader will cater to both our established clientele and explore opportunities with prospective clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to establish and drive the vision and strategic direction for Tundra’s Managed Solutions division.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth, leveraging both inside sales representatives and a dedicated team of technology solution sales experts.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Assemble, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of technology solution sales experts, ensuring alignment with Tundra’s overarching goals and values.
  • Contract Oversight: Provide leadership to the contracts team, ensuring all deals are compliant, risk-mitigated, and aligned with Tundra’s business objectives.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal technology leaders and sales engineers to scope, staff, and execute on solutions sold, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth across the Tundra Managed Solutions group, identifying new opportunities and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in technology solutions sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Experience leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including technology leaders and sales engineers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
