The Role:
Tundra seeks a dynamic People and Recruitment Specialist to join our global team, reporting to the VP of People & Culture. Your role involves supporting HR and Recruitment for our international associates and leading global team expansion efforts. Ideal candidates have HR experience, excel in multitasking, and are self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Join us for an opportunity to thrive in a vibrant and supportive culture!

  • General oversight of the International People inbox supporting inquiries:
    • Pay and benefit-related questions
    • Employment Policies
    • Employee Data Changes
  • Own the internal onboarding and offboarding processes for all international associates
  • Benefits Setup and Maintenance
  • Support the people orientation process
  • Employee Relations support as needed
  • Work towards improving company policies and procedures and promote positive employee relations
  • Monitor performance-related issues and implement changes that could increase productivity
  • Source, interview, and present candidates to hiring managers for all internal positions
  • Support the North American People team as needed, with HR-related tasks such as;
    • Support Policy Revision and Creation (Global)
    • Manage the Immigration visa process
    • Manage Offboarding of Associates
    • Prepare documents such as letters of employment, employment contracts
    • Execute Employee Letters and Documents

Who You Are

  • Be well-versed in employment laws and regulations in ROI and UK
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of conflict management
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in software like MS Office and ability to work in multiple HR systems

Education and Qualifications

  • Secondary Education in HR or HR certification equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in an employee-facing role dealing with people issues
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
  • 1+ years HR experience in Republic of Ireland
  • HR experience in UK is a nice to have
