The Role:

  • Lead and actively participate in building a robust book of business, contributing to overall revenue generation, while providing support, development, and growth opportunities for the sales team to achieve annual forecast targets.
  • Effectively manage regional operating plans to deliver on committed margin targets.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the region and devise sales strategies.
  • Meet with existing clients to identify, sell, and close additional account opportunities.
  • Create and execute a strategy for growing service revenues and overall awareness of Tundra service offerings.
  • Lead by example by maintaining individual client base and exceed personal forecasted margin targets.
  • Increased exposure to customer’s business initiatives and senior leadership representatives.
  • Attend client meetings with Account Representatives/Managers/Executives to help promote and sell Tundra services.
  • Build and track PGP targets to drive performance and help Associates achieve forecasted margin targets.
  • Build, track, and drive a sales pipeline encompassing the overall region.
  • Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Sales – US, you will work closely with local recruitment Managers, Delivery Directors, and other sales leaders to forge solid partnerships and drive integration and collaboration across regions and verticals.
  • Utilize existing Tundra sales techniques to help drive business.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, and pipeline activity updates to Senior Leadership.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed expectations as an Account Executive consistently.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the Technology Recruitment Industry.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to lead meetings, groups, colleagues and/or initiatives.
  • You have a proven ability to coach and mentor junior sales associates.
  • You are able to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • You have exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • You lead with integrity and can influence and motivate those around you.
  • You are self-motivated, and results-driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenges.
  • You always maintain a professional image (personal attire and attitude).

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $70,000.00 – $90,000.00. 

Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
