Position Summary: 

As a Solutions Sales Executive at Tundra, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. You’ll not only be building relationships, but also solving complex business challenges with creative and transformative technology solutions. At Tundra, we’re committed to your growth. The Role:

  • Sales Growth
    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing for digital solutions, with a focus on generating new business.
    • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within both new and existing client accounts.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals, generating new business and expanding opportunities.)
  • Client Engagement
    • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
    • Actively engage with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and service delivery) to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Solutions Development
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s key practice area offerings, including digital solutions, cyber security, AI, and data analytics.
    • Tailor solutions to client needs, leveraging industry trends and innovations.
    • Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical information to support client discussions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to drive solutions growth in assigned territories or verticals.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with technical consultants and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive digital solutions are presented to clients.
    • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore additional sales opportunities in collaboration with other sales team members.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of technical solutions, including digital solutions, cyber security, AI, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand and address client business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Understanding of key industry trends and technologies (e.g., cloud computing, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making).

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 – $120,000.

Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
