The Role
As an Account Executive – Workforce Strategy, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our partners, ensuring that their talent strategies align with their operational and business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, relationship management, and independent decision-making on matters of significance to both Tundra and its partners.
- Collaborate with partner leadership to develop and implement workforce strategies that support short- and long-term hiring needs.
- Forecast demand for contingent and permanent placements and translate this into actionable staffing plans.
- Act as the primary liaison for partner escalations regarding service delivery, billing, compensation, or workforce performance, exercising judgment in resolving complex issues.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve partner workforce planning, operational efficiency, and talent retention.
- Oversee compliance with partner policies and contractual terms while ensuring alignment with Tundra’s business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive conditions, and partner-specific challenges to produce forecasts and business insights that guide decision-making.
- Manage the ongoing relationship with placed employees on issues such as compensation adjustments, leave, and terminations, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and workforce planning updates to both internal leadership and partner executives.
Who You Are
- Experienced in account management or partner advisory, ideally within the staffing or workforce solutions industry.
- Skilled at interpreting data, building forecasts, and presenting actionable insights.
- Known for exercising independent judgment when resolving issues and recommending solutions.
- Confident in building strong relationships with senior partner stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- A self-starter who thrives in a professional, results-oriented environment.
- An exceptional communicator with strong facilitation and problem-solving skills.
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
