The Role
As an Associate Vice President, Enterprise Sales, you will lead Tundra’s expansion into new enterprise markets by driving net-new revenue, building strategic partnerships, and establishing a best-in-class enterprise sales function. This role combines hands-on selling, executive leadership, and organizational design to position Tundra as a premium enterprise services partner.
You will personally lead high-impact pursuits while building the infrastructure, team, and methodology required to scale enterprise growth.
Active Selling & Market Expansion
- Personally lead Tier 1 enterprise pursuits, targeting organizations where Tundra currently has no footprint
- Drive net-new revenue growth through consultative, high-touch sales cycles
- Identify and build strategic partnerships (MSPs, VMS providers, niche consultancies) that act as force multipliers
- Collaborate with Delivery and Product leadership to architect tailored solutions that align commercial commitments with operational capabilities
Sales Process Rigor & Messaging
- Partner with leadership to audit and map Tundra’s current account footprint, identifying expansion opportunities and success stories
- Translate Tundra’s capabilities into compelling enterprise-grade sales collateral, case studies, and executive-level pitch materials
- Establish a standardized enterprise sales methodology (“Tundra Way”), including rigorous qualification frameworks and pipeline discipline
- Represent Tundra at industry events and in executive negotiations, reinforcing our position as a premium enterprise partner
Building the Enterprise Sales Function
- Design and recruit a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Coach and mentor sales talent in consultative, solution-based selling for complex enterprise environments
- Own the enterprise sales tech stack, optimizing CRM processes and implementing tools to support strategic prospecting
- Partner with leadership to design incentive structures and KPIs that reward long-term enterprise value and multi-year contract growth
Who You Are
- You have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership within staffing, professional services, or workforce solutions
- You have direct experience selling services into enterprise contingent workforce programs
- You have a proven track record of landing and expanding complex, multi-year enterprise accounts
- You are comfortable operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on seller
- You excel in consultative, solution-based sales environments
- You have experience building and scaling enterprise sales teams
- You bring executive presence and credibility in C-suite conversations
- You are process-driven, commercially sharp, and results-oriented
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 – $190,000. This role incentivizes candidates who thrive in a performance-based environment with total on-target earnings (OTE) in the $250k+ range.
Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to base salary, variable compensation includes commission (with a long-term commission structure), performance bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
