The Role
The Enterprise Services Reporting Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end execution of comprehensive reporting that fuels our Enterprise Services Group. This role serves as the analytical backbone for our client-facing teams, providing the data-driven insights they need to manage and grow our most critical accounts.

Client Team Enablement:?Executing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports for use by our client teams. While you aren’t the primary point of contact for the client, your outputs are the essential foundation for their high-level reviews and strategic meetings.

Internal Business Health:?Developing and maintaining reporting on internal performance metrics, including associate output, adherence to targets, and overall health across specific clients and the department.

Systems & Data Integrity:?Expertly navigating and extracting raw data from various VMS?(Vendor Management Systems) and ATS?(Applicant Tracking Systems) to ensure all reporting is grounded in accurate, real-time information.

Output Excellence:?Mastering the transition of complex system data into polished Excel workbooks or specific client-mandated templates that are ready for immediate professional use.
Who You Are
You are a reporting expert who thrives on precision, process, and supporting a high-performing team. You understand that your work is the “source of truth” that allows our client teams to speak with confidence and authority.

Technical Mastery:?You are a power user in Excel?and have significant experience working with data originating in VMS and ATS platforms. You understand the unique structure and terminology of the staffing and recruitment industry.

Analytical Rigor:?You have a proven ability to track performance against specific targets and can identify trends, gaps, or successes in associate and client output.

Detail-Oriented:?You take pride in “audit-ready” data. You ensure that every template is followed to the letter and every calculation is verified before it reaches a client team member.

The “Plus” Factor:?Proficiency in Power BI?is a significant advantage, as we look to further modernize and automate how we visualize these insights.

Efficiency:?You are a professional who can manage the steady beat of recurring monthly/quarterly deadlines while staying agile enough to handle urgent ad-hoc requests for the Enterprise Services Group.
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65,000 – $75,000.
