The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to play a critical role in understanding, structuring, and integrating data across multiple enterprise systems.

  • Analyze and document data across multiple enterprise systems.
  • Define and standardize data structures for key business entities.
  • Develop data mappings and transformation logic across systems.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and inconsistencies.
  • Support the transition from manual reporting to scalable BI solutions (Power BI).
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on data pipelines and integrations.
  • Ensure data is structured and accessible for downstream analytics and AI use cases.

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis within enterprise environments.
  • You have strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • You are experienced working across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, CRM/ATS, HR platforms).
  • You have a solid understanding of data modeling and data integration concepts.
  • You are able to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • You have experience with Azure data services or similar platforms (this is an asset).
  • Power BI experience (data modeling and reporting) (this is an asset).
  • Exposure to AI or data-driven applications (this is an asset).

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $95,000 – $115,000.
