The Role
As an Associate Vice President, Enterprise Services, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen client partnerships, and build high-performing teams. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership to ensure we deliver against forecast, protect margin, and expand our footprint across the region.

Lead, coach, and grow Enterprise Services Direct Source clients, account leadership, and broader sales teams to achieve annual forecast targets

Own and manage the operating plan, including full P&L accountability, to deliver committed net margin targets

Manage operating expenses to align with margin objectives

Support governance across client portfolios to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness

Own executive stakeholder relationships across the portfolio, strengthening access to senior leadership and strategic initiatives

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop targeted sales strategies to expand them

Meet with existing clients to identify, sell, and close additional account opportunities

Create and execute a strategy to grow service revenue and increase awareness of Tundra’s Enterprise Services offerings

Deepen executive-level relationships by increasing access to customers’ senior leadership and strategic initiatives

Attend client meetings with sales associates to promote and sell Tundra services

Build, track, and drive a regional sales pipeline

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Services, partner closely with Recruitment Managers, Delivery Directors, and sales leaders to drive integration and collaboration across regions and verticals

Leverage Tundra’s sales methodology and best practices to accelerate growth

Provide monthly sales performance reports and pipeline updates to senior leadership
Who You Are
-
10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise client services, consulting, or solutions delivery within a B2B environment (staffing/solutions experience is an asset).

Proven success leading and developing client-facing teams, including coaching to targets and building a high-performance culture.

Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and expand relationships through a consultative, partnership-first approach.

Disciplined operator with a track record of owning forecasts, managing opportunity pipelines, and delivering growth and margin goals.

Strong negotiation skills and comfort leading discussions on pricing, scope, and contractual details.

Strategic and data-driven, with the ability to align cross-functional leaders around priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).
The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $140,000 – $180,000.
