Job Summary:

Tundra Technical Solutions (TUNDRA), a leading provider of professional IT services, is looking for a results-driven Account Manager, IT Pharmaceutical Recruiting to join our team!

Duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
 

  • Generating leads and opportunities through direct sales, meetings, relationship building, networking, etc.;
  • Manage recruitment efforts against all new business opportunities generated;
  • Developing and facilitating execution of a selling strategy/territory plan. This should align with corporate and financial strategic business plans, which will deliver expected volume and profit returns for the accounts/market for which you are responsible;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key business contacts, sales partners and industry associations to support growth of the TUNDRA brand in a way that positively promotes the companies’ reputation and aligns with corporate strategies. This will include keeping regular contact with all assigned accounts, sales partners and contacts to maximize/leverage available sales opportunities;
  • Evaluating current trends, competitive activity, economic factors and changes in the public sector and translate that knowledge into definitive and actionable plans and forecasts to build profitable growth;
  • Act as primary liaison to management for key initiatives/strategies and pro-actively inform them on significant changes to, and/or performance against strategy for, the public sector;
  • Creating, identifying and elevating new or existing business/account threats and opportunities within the public sector;
  • Keeping management informed of ongoing sales activities through daily entries into ATS weekly sales reports; and
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and penetrating/developing new account opportunities.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Industry work experience in Human Resources and Recruitment: 3 years
  • Occupation specific work experience: experience in recruitment of IT professionals in pharmaceutical industry including in niche pharmaceutical systems and engineering;
  • Vehicle supplied by employer;
  • Willing to travel regularly;
  • Willing to travel cross-border;
  • Willing to travel for extended periods;
  • Willing to travel overnight;
  • Valid driver’s licence;
  • Travel expenses paid by employer;
  • Public transportation is available;
  • Willing to travel internationally;
  • Own equipment: Computer, Internet Access, Cellphone;
  • Basic Security Clearance, Criminal Record Check and Driving Record Check is required;
  • Work Conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail and overtime required;
  • Work location: Various locations; relocation costs covered by employer; and onsite customer service;
