The Role:

  • Effectively overall recruitment excellence.
  • Provide day-to-day recruitment leadership for the team.
  • Manage the integrity of Bench, the vendor management system (VMS), and be proactive in your recruitment efforts for the account.
  • Work closely with Program Ambassadors and Manager to identify needs, trends, and capture the overall program landscape for the team.
  • Manage and uphold the team’s strict adherence to Program service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide a holistic view of the program and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
  • Ensure agreed upon recruitment strategies are followed by all team members.
  • Assist with prioritization of requirements and allocation of recruiters.
  • Assist in maintaining requirement board and ensuring high integrity of data.
  • Assist in the review of incoming requirements to ensure quality and prioritize them based on established qualification criteria.
  • Implementation and management of internal administrative tools: Recruiter Reports, Recruitment Manager Reports, Placement forms etc.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on applicable networking events and groups.
  • Recruiter coaching/shadowing + long term skill development.
  • Lead team meetings/refreshers.
  • Assist in the tracking/auditing of Lead & Lag performance indicators.

Who You Are

  • Knowledge of VMS, Preferably Beeline.
  • Experience leading team initiatives and can manage projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of the contingent workforce industry, USA experience preferred.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
  • Working experience with a managed service provider or contingent workforce program, nice to have.
  • Secondary Education or comparable experience.

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 – $70,000.

Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
