The Role
As the Enterprise Sales Leader for AI & Innovation, you will drive growth by leading direct sales efforts while enabling our broader technology sales teams. This consultative role is ideal for a sales executive who can uncover client challenges, collaborate with technical experts to design industry-defining solutions, and operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
You will

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and qualifying to closing complex enterprise deals in AI, Data, and Innovation.
  • Partner with technical SMEs to develop tailored proposals, demos, and pilots aligned with client needs.
  • Act as a consultant and enablement partner to generalist sales teams, elevating technical discussions with sophisticated buyers.
  • Build and strengthen C-level client relationships, positioning TMS as a key partner in digital transformation.
  • Contribute to shaping our AI & Innovation services, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service differentiation.
  • Provide market insights to inform strategic priorities and competitive positioning.

Success in this role looks like

  • Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets for AI & Innovation solutions.
  • Building and maintaining a strong qualified pipeline within target markets.
  • Delivering high-quality proposals, proofs-of-concept, and engagements in partnership with SMEs.
  • Increasing sales team effectiveness in technical buying groups.
  • Driving measurable client impact through satisfaction, references, and repeat business.
  • Securing strategic wins, such as marquee client acquisitions, innovative GTM initiatives, and solution launches.

Who You Are

  • You bring 5+ years of enterprise or consultative technology sales experience (AI/ML, data/analytics, cloud, or emerging solutions preferred).
  • You have a proven track record of scoping and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise technology deals.
  • You’re skilled at collaborating with technical teams to translate client needs into actionable, outcome-driven solutions.
  • You’re a natural collaborator who can both mentor sales teams and lead direct pursuits.
  • You’re a strong communicator and negotiator, credible with both business and technical audiences.

The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $100,000 – $150,000. This role incentivizes candidates who thrive in a performance-based environment with total on-target earnings (OTE) in the $200k+ range.
Tundra fosters a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to our base salaries, we offer Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
