The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for high-impact Sales roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across regions. You’ll shape global hiring strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthen Tundra’s employer brand to attract and close top commercial talent.

  • Conduct in-depth strategic hiring meetings with senior stakeholders across regions to fully understand hiring needs, consulting on industry insights, competitive trends, and recruitment strategies tailored to secure top talent for Tundra globally.
  • Oversee all phases of recruitment, from scoping requirements and crafting targeted job descriptions to managing interviews, negotiations, and offer processes, ensuring Tundra attracts top talent across multiple locations.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience from the first interaction through onboarding, maintaining Tundra’s standards as a global employer of choice.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques and strategic outreach through digital platforms, networking events, and campus recruitment. Flexibility for travel is required to represent Tundra at targeted career events.
  • Build strong partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, advising hiring managers on hiring timelines, recruitment best practices, and training initiatives.
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador by promoting Tundra’s culture and achievements on an international scale, maintaining visibility at recruitment events and networking forums.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices and global industry trends, influencing and guiding hiring decisions to align with Tundra’s goals and values.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of recruitment data across relevant systems (Bench, Bullhorn, Able, LinkedIn), using data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Staffing Agency experience with a proven track record in high performance, including success filling roles across various levels and functions globally.
  • You have experience recruiting Sales/GTM roles across levels, from entry-level through leadership, and you partner with hiring leaders to attract and close top Sales talent.
  • You have demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that balance high-volume hiring with specialized searches, ensuring both metrics and special projects are delivered with excellence.
  • You are data-driven and target-focused, with a clear understanding that consistency leads to successful outcomes, and you’re eager to grow and tackle new challenges.
  • You are digitally proficient, able to quickly adapt to new tools and systems, and you leverage digital platforms to streamline global recruitment processes.
  • You are a proactive problem solver who takes initiative to find solutions and goes the extra mile to deliver quality results.
  • You are a leader with integrity, skilled at influencing and motivating colleagues and stakeholders toward successful recruitment outcomes.
  • You are self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to maintain outstanding composure in high-pressure situations.
  • You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field; additional certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR are an asset.

The base salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65,000.00 – $75,000.00.
