The Role
We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for our users and IT systems. This role will assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting our Microsoft-based environment. 

  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for end users  
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and client-side email issues  
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory  
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and peripherals  
  • Assist with device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune  
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)  
  • Use ticketing systems and remote support tools to resolve user issues  
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required  

Who You Are

  • You have experience with Microsoft Active Directory  
  • You have experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11)  
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365  
  • You have experience troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware  
  • You are knowledgeable of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)  
  • You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • You have strong customer service skills and attention to detail  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows Server administration  
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune)  
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems  
  • Experience using remote support tools  
  • Basic knowledge of IT security best practices 

The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000 – $65,000.
