Our thoughts go out to all of those affected by COVID-19. As the situation continues to evolve, we would like to take this opportunity to update our network on the steps Tundra is taking to ensure we are doing all that we can to keep our associates, contractors, customers and the communities we serve safe.

Following the direction of official government sources, including the World Health Organization, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), we continue to introduce safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19. These measures include

  • Minimizing points of close contact in our communities – Beginning the week of March 2nd, Tundra imposed a complete business travel restriction and took additional steps to move all candidate interviews to virtual platforms;
  • Protecting the health and safety of Tundra associates – Beginning the week of March 9th, Tundra initiated a companywide work from home policy. As a cloud-based business, Tundra was able to do this quickly and effectively without disrupting client delivery;
  • Ensuring business continuity –Tundra has and continues to take steps to ensure stability and redundancy across all critical functions, including time collection, payroll processing, contractor support and Human Resources.
